This tab page contains the search criteria for searching by classification systems, classification codes and classification code descriptions. As the result of this search the system displays a hierarchical tree of the classification code nodes which satisfy the criteria. Within the node you can show the nodes of assigned drugs by double-clicking on the classification node.

In the user-specific presettings you can determine, in the Classification System group box on the Results tab page, whether drugs should automatically be displayed in the classification node. However, this option considerably slows down the search in classification systems.

Features

You can execute the drug search with the following criteria:

  • Classification system

    You can select a classification system e.g. ATC.

  • Classification code

    You can enter a search string for classification codes, e.g. N*.

  • Classification code description

    You can execute the search using the classification code description.

    Caution Caution

    Note that the search is only executed in hierarchically displayed classification codes if you are on the Classification tab page when you execute the drug search.
