You can collect drugs for further processing (e.g. for ordering) in the shopping cart. In this screen area the system displays all drugs and order templates which you have selected.

Note Note

When you call the Order All Selected Drugs (Order All Selected Drugs) function, the system transfers all drugs and order templates that are already in the shopping cart to the next function, in addition to the drugs and order templates selected in the search results screen.

Remove from Shopping Cart

Choose Remove from Shopping Cart (Remove from Shopping Cart) to delete a selected drug or order template from the shopping cart.

Drug Information

Select a drug and then choose Drug Information (Drug Information).

Depending on your user-specific presettings, double-clicking on an entry in the results list calls the drug information.

Choose Layout

Choose one of the following functions from the selection list Choose Layout (Choose Layout) to edit the layout:

  • Choose Layout

  • Save Layout

  • Save Layout

  • Manage Layout

Maximize Shopping Cart

Choose Maximize Area to set the shopping cart screen to the maximum size.

The system will not save the size of the maximized shopping cart screen. The next time you call the drug search, the shopping cart screen will be displayed with the manually set size.

Reset Shopping Cart Screen to Original Size

Choose Minimize Area (Minimize Area) tto reset the shopping cart screen to the original size.

You can reset the shopping cart screen to the last manually set size if you previously maximized it.

The Use columns display which purposes a drug was transferred into the shopping cart for. The purpose is indicated by one of the following icons:

  • Administration (Administration)

  • Dispensing (Dispensing)

  • Print Prescription (Print Prescription)

Note Note

If you have selected several purposes for a search, up to three columns with the Use title can contain corresponding icons.

When you call the drug search when creating order templates or in master data management multiple selection of purposes is possible.

Templates in Shopping Cart

The system always displays order templates under the node of the template group. Order templates without a group assignment are displayed under the Without Template Group Assignment.

If you select individual order templates of a group and transfer them to the shopping cart, the system will place the word From in front of the node with the name of the template group in the shopping cart. The system will display the selected order templates from this group below the corresponding group node.

If you have transferred all order templates from an order template group into the shopping cart the system will not display the word From in front of the name of the order template group.
