Procedure documentationRemoving Orders from Order Sequence

You can undo order sequences to remove a subsequent order from the order sequence.

Undoing the order sequence resets all dependencies of the original order. The system also sets the end time of the original order back to the end time which was valid before the subsequent order was created.

Prerequisites

The order is part of an order sequence and has "Saved" status.

Procedure

  1. Select an order in the order dialog and then choose Undo Order Sequence Order Sequence (Undo Order Sequence).

  2. The system removes the order from the order sequence.

    Note Note

You can recognize whether an order is part of an order sequence by the icon in the Order Sequence column. If the function key with the icon - (-) is active in this column, you can also call the Undo Order Sequence function for this order.

    End of the note.

Result

The order is no longer part of an order sequence. The original order can therefore be renewed again.

Example

You have used the Change Drug function to create a subsequent order. As you used the drug search to select a drug which has nothing to do with the original drug, you wish to remove the new order from the order sequence.

To do this you call the Undo Order Sequence function.
