Status History of an Order
You use the Display Status History
function to display the changes made to the status of the order.
Activities
To display the status history, in a view of the Medication Events/Inpatient Nursing Services View Type in the clinical work station, choose 
(Display Status History
).
Note
Alternatively you can call the status history using the hot spot on the order status of the corresponding order in the Medication Orders
view type.

The Status History of Order
dialog box appears, which displays when status changes were made by which users.
Note
The system also displays planned status changes due to order activities (e.g. Suspend Order, Resume Order, End Order).
If you wish to cancel an order activity, choose the Cancel
function in the status history.
