You can use the report RN1ME_END_EVENTS to end medication events (events), which have the status "Administered". The report sets the events to the "Ended" status.

Note Note

If you use this report, you do not need to manually set all events to "Ended" status.

Note that, because they are ended, you can no longer make any changes to the events concerned.

You can call the report in SAP Easy Access under Start of the navigation path Clinical System Next navigation step Medication Next navigation step End Events End of the navigation path.

Features

The report will only select events with "Administered" status.

Note Note

PRN medication main events are an exception to this rule. This report also ends PRN medication main events if these have a status other than the first "Confirmed" status.

For manually ending PRN medication main events, the Medication Events/Inpatient Nursing Services view type in the clinical work station provides a function with which you can set all administration events assigned using the PRN medication main event to "Ended" status in one step, if all assigned medication events have "Administered" status.

You can restrict the report, for example, using the following criteria:

  • Administering organizational units (OUs)

  • Period for the actual time of the events

  • Order numbers
