Display Further Appointments
Due to space restrictions and for reasons of clarity, the item row the system can display only one appointment per order item in the Date/Time field. However, as an order item can be connected with several appointments or visits via its services, the Further Appointments function is available in the item row.
Prerequisites
This function is only active if the service component is integrated in the corresponding item.
Note
Otherwise there cannot be more than one appointment for an item.
Features
The system will run this function when opening a clinical order in display or change mode.
It always displays 
(Further Appointments
). If several appointments exist for an item, the system will activate the pushbutton (
(Further Appointments
)).
Note
If no appointment or movement is planned, the system displays (Further Appointments
) on a gray background.
Activities
If you select (Further Appointments
), the system displays all appointments which exist for an item in a drop-down list. If you select one of these appointments, the system expands the order item and displays the tab page on which the service component is situated.
If you show the appointment and visit data in the layout of the service component, you can display all appointment and movement-relevant data of an order item.
