Function documentationOrder Fillers Tab Page

In the Order Fillers tab page, the system administrator defines the order fillers to whom the clinical orders, which use this order type, can be addressed. System administration also defines which services can be ordered with this order type.

Note Note

System administration can restrict the number of order fillers to which a clinical order can be addressed using the Restricted Order Fillers indicator for the order type. In this case, the user can then only address the clinical orders to certain order fillers. The system will only take into account the order filler entry from the subsequent table (in particular in restricted service ranges) in the clinical order if you have set this indicator.

When entering a clinical order, the system will preset the Treatment OU of the order item with the order filler in the order type which has the highest priority.

If system administration does not restrict the order fillers, the user can address the orders of this order type to any order fillers.

End of the note.

In the Address Business Partner Possible column (indicator G) of the addressed organizational unit you can determine whether order items of the clinical order based on this order type can be addressed directly to a physician. You can therefore address clinical orders to all persons who are registered as employees and as business partners.

In the column Include Position in Input Help (indicator P) you can restrict the input help for business partners who can be addressed in the clinical order, to those business partners who are assigned to the organizational unit via a position.
