The order header contains information which is relevant to the entire clinical order (i.e. for all order items).

Structure

The order header contains information which is relevant to the entire clinical order (i.e. for all order items) such as:

  • Order Identification

  • Diagnosis

  • Questions

  • Anamnesis

  • Risk Factors

This offers the advantage (compared to the service request) that you do not need to divide content, which is the same for several order items, between different orders. An overall status of the clinical order, as well as the status of the individual order items, is available.
