On the Initiator tab page system administration defines the possible initiators of a clinical order which is based on this order type.

System administration can restrict the amount of possible initiators of a clinical order using the Restricted Initiators indicator.

The For External Business Partners indicator specifies whether a clinical order with this order type can be initiated by external business partners. The restrictions of the Restricted Initiators indicator also apply.

Note Note

When a user creates a clinical order, he can all business partners entered in the SAP Patient Management basic data, for example, including physicians. Using the user parameters N1VKGETR and N1VKGETRVA the user can preset the type of initiator or the initiator (e.g. external business partner Dr. Smith).
