Administrative Services Base Item Type

You can process administrative services with a base item of this base item type. You can use one of the following actions:

In the first execution the system calls the processing of administrative services in edit mode, which is entered as the initial action.

In a repeat execution the system calls the processing of administrative services in edit mode, which is entered as the repeat action.

Administrative Services Field Group

In the transaction for entering administrative services (NL10 or NV2000) you can define service levels. A service level represents a filter for the services of a case. You can define, for example, a view which only displays canceled services or a view which only displays the services of the current visit.

These views are available in the administrative service entry in the documentation work station, so that you can specifically edit certain services.

You can assign a view type and a view, which you have defined in service entry, to a base item of this base item type using the input help. A "Display Canceled Services“ task, for example, is then available to the user.

The BAdI BADI_ISHMED_BIX_SERVICEADM is called in the enhancement spot ES_ISH_BASEITEM_SERVICEADM with the filter values entered in Before Execution and After Execution.
