Create a Table Diagram

If you select Vital Signs (Table Diagram) or Customer-Specific Data Source for Table Diagramm as the data source, the system offers you table diagrams.

Prerequisites

In order to be able to display table diagrams, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:

You have configured the vital sign master data for the Vital Signs (Table Diagram) data source. You can find information on this under SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Cross-Application Settings Basic Catalogs Manage Basic Catalogs .
For the Customer-Specific Data Source for Table Diagram data source you have configured the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources. For more information, see Customer-Specific Enhancements.

Activities

In order to create a table diagram, proceed as follows:

For the Vital Signs (Table Diagram) data source
Under Selection Criteria enter the Catalog Key and the Item Key.

For the Customer-Specific Data Source for Table Diagram data source

Under Selection Criteria choose a customer-specific data source which you have defined in the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources. Choose an item for this data source.

You use the Measurement field to define the measurement which the system should display for numerical values in the diagram. The system automatically converts the measurement of the item into the measurement of the diagram. If you make no entries for this field, the system uses the measurement stored in the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources for the selected item, if this exists.

The system only converts measurements for numerical values. For alphanumerical values the system uses the measurement stored in BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources (if this exists).

Note that Smart Chart can only convert measurements that are compatible with each other (for example Grams into Milligrams).

Depending on the presetting in the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources the display of measurements can vary in the diagram as follows:

Settings in BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources	Display Behavior in the System
The measurement of the selected item matches the measurement of the diagram.	The system displays the measurement of the diagram in the first column.
The measurement of the item is different from the measurement of the diagram, but is compatible.	The system converts the values of the item into the measurement of the diagram and displays the measurement of the graph in the first column.
The selected item contains several measurements. Some measurements are compatible with the measurement of the diagram, others are not.	The system converts the values with compatible measurements into the measurement of the diagram and displays these with the measurement of the diagram. The system displays the values with incompatible measurements with the measurement stored in the BAdI. The system does not display the measurement of the diagram in the first column.
The measurement of the item is different from the measurement of the diagram and is incompatible.	The system displays all values with the measurement stored in the BAdI. The system does not display the measurement of the diagram in the first column.
No measurement exists for the selected item.	The system displays the values without a measurement, even if you have defined a measurement in the Measurement input field. The system does not display the measurement of the diagram in the first column.

Under Diagram Properties you define the minimum and maximum number of lines to be displayed in the table diagram.

If you choose Use Defaults, you configure a minimum number of one line and a maximum number of 3 lines.

Reference Ranges in Table Diagrams

The system indicates deviations from the normal range of values using special font colors.

The system uses the following font colors:

Warning Range: Yellow
Critical range: Red
Value with stored comment: Blue

The font colors are preset by the system and cannot be changed.

Note that the display of values from customer-specific data source in a graph is exclusively a result of the settings in the BAdI Connection of Customer-Specific Data Sources and this is not subject to a plausibility check.
