In service ordering you confirm orders in service ordering in order to set these to the next status and therefore enable the next status-specific work step.

Features

You use the Pending Confirmation (Pending Confirmation) function to set service ordering orders in the internal status Pending Confirmation.

The following functions are available for confirming the orders:

  • Confirm (Confirm) Function

    With this function in the Actions column of the Orders in Processing UIBB you confirm the selected service ordering order.

  • Confirm Orders (Confirm Orders )Function

    You use this function to confirm all selected orders.

The status is always set depending on the status profile which you determined in Customizing.

In order to be able to use the Confirm Orders (Confirm Orders )function, you must have fulfilled the following:

  • You have filled all input fields “*” flagged as required entry fields.

  • You have not yet selected a clinical order.

You cannot confirm clinical orders in service ordering. If the selection includes a clinical order, the Confirm Orders (Confirm Orders) function is not active.
