Viewing Details for XML DAS Archiving Sessions

Prerequisites

The Archive Administration: Initial Entry screen of the transaction SARA appears. The name of the XML archiving object is entered in the Object Name field. Archive files that you can view in Archive Administration are available.

Context

You can view resource information within an archiving session.

Procedure

Choose Administration.

This takes you to the Archive Administration: Overview of Archiving Sessions screen.
Starting from the relevant status, expand all nodes up to the collection that contains the required session.

Note

The displayed hierarchy is specific to the entered archiving object. First, you see the home path of the collections of your archiving sessions. The home path has the following naming convention: /<SYSID>/<CLIENT>/<OBJECT>/, where OBJECT stands for your archiving object. The lowest collection of the home path can contain multiple subcollections that correspond to your archiving sessions. However, it is possible for a collection to contain more than one XML archiving session.
Select a node by double clicking on an archiving session. This takes you to the Archive Administration: Archiving Session Detail screen.
- To display a list of XML schemas or style sheets in the collection, choose XSD/XSL List.
  
  To call up a technical view of the contents of a resource, double-click on one of the resources in the list.
- To display a list of resources in a collection, choose List of Resources.
