This feature allows store associates to perform the following activities at the service desk:
Create, open, or run searches for information on private or corporate customers
Create, open, or run searches on sales orders or quotations
Fulfill delivery of sales orders
Cancel order fulfillments
Create returns for sales orders
Use worklists for delivery due items, sales orders, billing documents, expiring quotations, in-store reservation and pickup confirmations
This feature allows store associates to manage purchase orders. They can order products from an external vendor, a distribution center, or another store. This feature also supports the following:
Creating, opening, or running searches on external purchase orders
Creating stock transfers
Posting goods issues
Returning orders to external vendors
This feature allows store associates to view current and upcoming promotions assigned to the store and, with appropriate authority settings, change the quantities of items proposed for a promotion.
