You want to monitor the business processes for the critical business scenarios in your organization. You can monitor these process definitions using the Process Monitor.
Process definitions have been created. For more information, see Creating Process Definitions.
Search
You can search for process definitions using the following criteria:
Process name
Version
Start date
Time stamp
User name
Business object type and ID
Callable business entity
View Process Details
Select an entry from the results returned by your search and choose the Process Details button. You can view the following details:
Process Log
Displays the sequence in which activities are executed in a process definition, the business objects involved, and the systems where the activities were executed.
KPI Details
Displays the configured key performance indicators (KPIs) for the given process definition.
For count, duration and classification KPIs, the KPI Details tab page displays the threshold defined for the process as well as a timestamp for any threshold exceeded. The values are displayed in the Threshold and Threshold Exceeded on columns, respectively.
Instance Diagram
This allows you to visualize the process instances in a graphical representation.
View Related Activities
Select an entry on the Process Log tab, and the successor and predecessor activities are displayed on the Related Activities tab.
Navigate to Process Definition Viewer
You can navigate to the Process Definition Viewer by choosing the Process Definition button.
Customize View
You can choose which attributes you want displayed by choosing the Choose Layout button. Add or remove attributes and save.
