 Creating a Contract Offer

Use

Using a contract offer, you can make an offer to a prospect relating to a rental object. The contract offer already contains the conditions that are intended for the real estate contract. The prospect can accept or reject the offer. If the contract offer is accepted, you can convert it into a contract.

Prerequisites

You searched for offered objectsor RE search requestsand added objects or prospects from the hit list to your favorites.

For more information, see Executing the Search .

Procedure

  1. In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose Object Overview . In the dropdown list, choose either RE Search Request or Offered Object .

On the Find tab page, choose an object from the hit list. Choose Create Offer .

The Contract Offer screen appears .

  2. Enter the relevant data and choose Continue .

You can enter the data for the contract offer on the tab pages in the detail view.

    Note Note

If you enter a reservation, you have to specify how long the offered object is reserved. This date is adopted in both the offered object and the rental object.

You can remove all expired reservations. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Flexible Real Estate Management Next navigation step Real Estate Search Next navigation step Reservation End of the navigation path .

    End of the note.

    Note Note

If your offered object is a pooled space, then the system copies the selected space into the contract measurements when you create the contract offer. When you create the real estate contract, the system extracts this space from the pooled space.

    End of the note.
  3. Save your entries.
