You can create statistical key figuresto be used in reporting, and as a basis for period-related allocations. This allocation takes place in transaction-based allocation in Controlling (CO).
In
Flexible Real Estate Management,
you need statistical key figures primarily for CO assessment. However, you can also use key figures for other periodic allocations. For this purpose, you can transfer measurements of real estate objects to statistical key figures.
In Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management,
you specified which measurement types you want to transfer to which statistical key figures:
Create statistical key figures. On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose:
Note
For more information, see Entering Statistical Key Figures in the Controlling (CO) component.
Transfer the measurements to the statistical key figures. On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose:
Enter the set or the objects from which you want to transfer the measurements. Also enter the object type.
Enter the key date. The system determines the measurements on this key date.
A statistical key figure of the
Fixed Value
type is then valid from the period the key date falls in to the end of the fiscal year.
For a statistical key figure of the
Totals Value
type, the system writes the value only to the given period. The following periods remain empty.
Enter the statistical key figure to which you want to transfer the measurements.
Choose an execution mode and execute the program.
An object overview appears in which the measurements and key figures are displayed.
If you start the program as an update run, then the system posts immediately.
If you start the program in simulation mode, then you can choose
Save as Update Run
to save the simulated data.
If the system could not transfer the measurements, the log helps you find out where you need to make changes.
The measurements of the objects you entered are transferred to the statistical key figures. You can now use them in periodic allocations , such as CO assessment.
