 Assigning Parcels

Use

In the real estate register, you define real estate register numbers for:

  • Assignment of one or more parcels to a land register page

  • Notations on related rights, such as, right of way

The real estate register numbers represent the parcels from the point of view of the land register.

Prerequisites

You made the necessary settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) . Choose Start of the navigation path Country-Specific Settings Next navigation step Germany Next navigation step Land Use Management Next navigation step Parcel of Land. End of the navigation path

Procedure

  1. You are processing a land register . Choose the Real Estate Register tab page.

To assign a parcel, choose Start of the navigation path Add New Entry Next navigation step Parcel/Land End of the navigation path .

The system adds a new row to the table.

  2. Enter the required data and save.

    Note Note

A real estate register can appear more than once in the table if you add several parcels for one real estate register number. In this case, the system generates a row with the same real estate register number for each of these parcels.

    End of the note.

    Note Note

You can also enter related rights. For more information on related rights, see Recording Related Rights .

    End of the note.

    Note Note

If you selected leasehold land register as the land register type, then additional fields are available in the detail view.

If multiple owners share in the ownership of the parcel, you can enter their co-ownership shares in the system.

    End of the note.

Result

You assigned a parcel to the real estate register of the land register.
