Registration Tax (IRE) (New) Report

You can use the new registration tax report (RFREXCITIRE2) to administrate registration tax. The report enables you to carry out all steps relevant for registration tax calculation

Simulate, generate, and reverse cash flow items for payback mounts

Prerequisites

You have:

If you were using the old registration tax solution for Italy, you have migrated your data. For more information, see Migrating to Registration Tax (IRE) (New)
Made the necessary settings described in Customizing for Registration Tax (IRE) (New)
Maintained the registration tax data for all real estate contracts under Italian tenancy law. For more information, see Maintaining Registration Tax (IRE) (New) Master Data

Features

In the Contract Selection dialog box, enter the required information to select the relevant contract
Enter the contract validity period and IRE date to restrict the selection, and select the Show only IRE Data indicator to display only those contracts for which IRE tax data exists
If you want to post the tax calculated, enter the required data in the Payback Parameters dialog box. If you only want to view the IRE data and do not want to make postings, you can leave these fields empty.
In the Output Control dialog box, enter the required data for the report output list
Choose Execute

The IRE tax amount is calculated based on your entries and the result is shown in the output list on the next screen, according to the predefined layout or a layout you have configured. You have the following options:

Choose the Active/Inactive pushbutton to recalculate the IRE tax amount, if you have not made the posting to the GL account
Choose the Simulate CF pushbutton to prove that all of the parameters necessary for cash flow generation are met
Choose Generate CF to generate the cash flow related to the IRE record you have selected
Choose Reverse CF to either delete a cash flow that has not been posted or, if the cash flow has already been posted, to create a negative cash flow item that makes the total balance equal to zero.

You can navigate from the report to the corresponding real estate contract or to the usage object by choosing the corresponding link in the output list.

You can access the report on the SAP Easy Access screen, by choosing Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Flexible Real Estate Management Country Specifics Italy IRE Cockpit (New) End of the navigation path , or through transaction REXCITIRE2.
