When a parcel benefits from a right related to another parcel, you enter this related right in the real estate register.
Related rights include:
Restrictions on construction
Rights of way
Rights for rainwater drainage
There are always two parcels affected by the related right:
A dominant tenement (a parcel from the real estate register)
A servient tenement (a parcel from another land register page)
In land use management, you can depict the dominant tenement and possibly also the servient tenement.

You use the same table for related rights as you do for the encumbrances and restrictions in section II of the land register.

. Choose the

Estate Register tab page.
You can enter only parcels and related rights in the real estate register.
Choose with the quick info text .
The system adds a new row to the table. The system sets an indicator in the
Rel. Right
column.
Make the required entries on the tab pages in the lower part of the screen and save.
The system establishes the link from this parcel to one or more parcels by means of the
Related Right
indicator.
Note
The parcel and land register page of the servient tenement are not always entered as master data objects in
Flexible Real Estate Management
. However, you can still enter this information. In this way, you can avoid having to enter all land registers in the system that have to dowith your parcels in some way.
