This component forms the basis for all object-related information for representing real estate objects in the system. Master data is divided into two views in which you can process real estate objects in different ways:
Usage view : commercial and accounting view with fixed master data objects:

Using the usage view is mandatory.
Architectural view : technical view with master data based on architectural object types that you can define in Customizing.
