Creating Conditions for a Post Processing Framework Application in Output ManagementLocate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure

  1. Open the Maintain PPF Settings Customizing activity under Start of the navigation path Processes and Tools for Enterprise Applications Next navigation step Reusable Objects and Functions for BOPF Environment Next navigation step PPF Adapter for Output Management End of the navigation path.

    Select an application and choose the Condition Configuration (Transportable Conditions) pushbutton.

  2. Select the relevant action profile.
  3. Double-click the relevant action definition.
  4. In the Schedule Condition tab, in the Schedule Condition field, enter /BOFU/EVAL_SCHEDULE_CONDITION.
  5. If you need to create the action, in the Start Condition tab in the Start Condition field, enter /BOFU/EVAL_START_CONDITION.

  6. If you selected the Partner-Dependant checkbox in the action definition and entered External Communication in the processing type when you created the relevant action profile, you must enter one of the following in the Start of the navigation path Processing Details Next navigation step Document Next navigation step Communication Method End of the navigation pathfield:

    • Internet Mail if you need to send e-mails

    • Print if you need to create printouts

    • Fax if you need to send faxes
