 Deletion of Data on Policyholder Change

Use

You can use this function to delete data that is no longer required for policyholder changes.

Prerequisites

  • You have performed policyholder changes that are no longer up-to-date.

  • You have archived or deleted the associated insurance object-business partner relationship.

Activities

To delete data that is no longer required for policyholder changes, on the SAP Easy Access screen under Collections/Disbursements choose Start of the navigation path Periodic Processing Next navigation step Delete Data Next navigation step Policyholder Change End of the navigation path .

You are now on the Deletion of Data for Policyholder Change screen (transaction VCPH2).

As the selection criterion, enter the date before which the entries are to be deleted.

You can also execute the report in simulation mode and define the block size to be processed.
