Function documentationICI/IMU Form Creation

In Italy, when there is a change in any data relating to a real estate object, and the change modifies the property tax (ICI/IMU) amount, the real estate owner must report the changes to the public registration office. All the changes that you report together with the public registration office registered, must be recorded in the cadastral master data of the architectural objects as described in Maintaining Cadastral Master Data.

You must report these changes to the tax authorities in a form called an ICI/IMU form. You can use this report to generate the ICI/IMU form in accordance with legal requirements.

Prerequisites

You have made the necessary settings as described in Customizing for ICI/IMU Form.

You have recorded all the changes in the cadastral master data as described in Maintaining Cadastral Master Data.

Features

Selection

In the Architectural Objects group box, enter the company code, fiscal year, and the date that you want to display on the form.

Output

The report lists all the architectural objects whose data was changed and was recorded in the cadastral master data with a protocol number. You can select the rows of the architectural objects that you want to report in the ICI/IMU form. By choosing the PDF Output pushbutton, the report generates the PDF-based form in the predefined layout. You can check the layout using Print Preview and save it to your local PC.

One ICI/IMU form can contain only three changes and the system prints the three copies of the form. The form contains three group boxes for three changes. Note that some of the data changes need more than one group boxes, for example, when a value is modified, both the original and the modified value must be presented in the form. For such a change, the report numbers the changes as follows: it assigns number 1/1 to the group box of the original value, and 1/2 to the modified one. When there is more than one entry recorded with the same protocol number, the report numbers the changes by assigning a second sequential number to the entry (for example, 1/1, 1/2, 1/3).
