If necessary, change the object type.
Enter the object name or the object ID of the person in the corresponding field.
If necessary, change the key date for planning.
Select the planning criterion
Include designations
, and at least one other criterion.
If applicable, enter a career of your choice in the
Additional career
field.
Choose
Enter.

The
Career Planning
screen appears. In the top section of the screen, the system displays standard information on the person. In the career plan, the system displays objects that match each of the selection criteria specified.
To display the ranking list for the objects, choose
.The
Career Planning
screen appears. This ranking list is sorted by suitability range or suitability percentage. The planning criteria that the objects meet are displayed in the right-hand section of the screen.
To toggle between the suitability ranges and the suitability percentage, choose
Position the cursor on the position for which you want to designate the person.
Choose
The designation is now created.
The
Profile Matchup
screen appears. If there are any training proposals, these are displayed.
To update the career plan, choose
The system displays the new designation in the career plan.
You can save the career plan to file and/or print it out.
To save to file, choose
To print out, choose
You have worked through the career planning scenario and designated the person for the position.
