In the standard system, we provide a General view that displays basic information about the document. We also provide the following further views, which display related objects for the document:

  • Structure

    This displays the document items of the document structure. Items whose documents have a document structure are marked as expandable. Thus, the document structure is expandable level by level until the maximum drill down is reached.

  • Where-Used List

    This displays the document structures in which the document is an item.

  • Linked Materials

    This displays materials to which the document that is loaded as the central object is assigned.

  • Linked Material BOMs

    This displays BOMs and items to which the document that is loaded as the central object is assigned.

  • Linked documents

    This displays documents that are assigned to the document that is loaded as the central object.

  • Used/Reserved Change Numbers

    This displays all the change numbers with which the document has been changed, created, or deleted. Change numbers that have not yet been used, but that are reserved for future maintenance of the document are also displayed.

  • Linked Change Numbers

    This displays the change numbers to which the document has been assigned as an accompanying document.

  • Linked Engineering Records

    This displays the engineering records to which the document has been assigned as an accompanying document. It also displays the engineering records you used to create, change, or delete the document.

  • Used/Reserved Engineering Records

    This displays the engineering records with which the document info record has been created, changed, or deleted. Engineering records that have not yet been used, but that are reserved for future maintenance of the document info record, are also displayed.

  • Document Parts

    This displays the parts of the document that is loaded as the central object. These parts can be documents that have the same document number, document type, and document version.

  • Document Versions

    This displays all versions of the document that is loaded as the central object. These versions can be documents that have the same document number, document type, and document part.

  • Access Control Contexts

    This displays the contexts in which the document belongs. You can also see whether the context is an owning context or a compound context.

  • Transferable Document Objects

    This displays the document objects that can be transferred to other contexts (see Setting of Transfer Options).

  • Linked Nodes

    This displays all nodes (product family, product item, product view, and assembly group) to which the document that is the central object is assigned.

  • Linked Variants

    This displays all variants (product variant, product item variant, assembly header, and assembly item) to which the document that is the central object is assigned.

  • Linked Recipes

    This displays the recipes to which the document, which is a central object, is assigned.

  • Linked Specifications

    This displays the specifications to which the document, which is a central object, is assigned.
