Operations

The following reports and roles are particularly important from an operational point of view:

1. Job Scheduler

   To trigger event consumption and the creation of the process log, you must run the Job Scheduler report. For more information, see Job Scheduler.

2. Mass Deletion of Process Log Data

   Over time, logged process data requires more and more storage space. You can delete process log data by running the Mass Deletion of Process Log Data report. For more information see, Mass Deletion of Process Log Data.

   Note

   Process logs are not relevant for any compliance as compliance is handled by the relevant business applications.
