Make the Customizing settings for the
Controlling (CO)
component for
cost elements
and
cost element groups
. To do this, choose the following path:
In Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management, create planning layouts for cost element planning. Choose:
Before you carry out the planning steps, you must assign a planner profile to your user master. For further information, refer to Assigning a Planner Profile .
Choose
First set the controlling area in which you do the planning, and save it.In the subsequent planning sessions, the system selects the last controlling area you saved.You can choose a different controlling area in the initial screen with
.Initial Screen
Enter the characteristics for which you want to do your planning (such as cost element, sender cost center, sender activity type, or the respective group). The buttons switch between the layouts that are assigned to your planner profile (such as the layouts for the business entity, building, and rental object).
Specify whether the entry should be
free
or
form-based
.
Free
entry: you can change the planned records in the overview screen. The system displays the header characteristics completely, even if no planned data exists. You can enter new characteristic values and add them to the lines.
Form-based
entry: In the overview screen, the system lists the planning objects selected in the initial screen with valid master records, regardless of whether planned values exist. The same structure of characteristic values is displayed in every planning session. You
cannot
enter new characteristic values.
Choose to access the overview screen, and to access the period screen.
Overview Screen
Enter the planned values for the selected combinations of characteristics.
Save the planned values with .
Period Screen
In the planning overview screen, position the cursor on an entry and choose
Period Screen
.
Accept the default values or enter your period values.
In the overview screen, you have the option to overwrite the default distribution key for distributionof the planned values. This enables you to distribute the planned values to the periods based on other criteria (uniformly, analogously, and so on).
You can access your planning data in the corresponding CO report in the
Business Information Warehouse (BW)
and compare it with the planned or actual data of other areas or periods.
No CO reports are available in the information system of Flexible Real Estate Management.
