Features

The filter is not used when selecting the clarification cases; all clarification cases this means all cleared and cases locked by other uses are displayed according to the selection criteria. You can also use the following functions for inbound correspondence:

  • Using Unblock, clarification cases can be unblocked. These are all cases that are locked by other users but are not processed. This is necessary, if a colleague is off-sick and has locked the clarification worklist item. The process of unblocking allows other colleagues to take on the processing.

  • Using Block, the colleague can lock clarification cases for other users. The administrator is entered in as processor. A new function for changing status and user changes of clarification worklist items is in the Menu. This enables the user to have a new status and username (processor) for the previously selected clarification worklist items. The entry of a user or status is optional. If the only the status is to be changed for example, leave the field new username blank. The function is used if clarification worklist items are explicitly assigned to another processor. If required the item as is also locked for other colleagues so that only the explicitly specified processor has access to it.
