 Responsibilities

Use

A number of worklist items belong to a responsibility. This amount is defined using the selection criteria, which determine each amount uniquely. Selection criteria consist of a quantity of intervals expressed by the container definition attributes (application table fields). If, for example, the container definition contains the attribute Amount , then you can restrict the number of items for clarification within a payment lot by specifying an interval of 0 to 1,000 EUR.

You assign organizational units of your organizational structure to this interval. For example, you could assign the "small amounts processing" department and its representatives to the interval from 0 to 1,000 EUR. Organizational units are identified in the organizational structure by an 8-character key.

Features

Responsibilities are evaluated by worklist processing at the time the function is called up. When processing clarification worklists, the accounting clerk receives those clarification items for which he or she is responsible, in other words that quantity of items that lies within the intervals to which he or she was assigned.

A responsibility consists of one or more intervals, such as the amount between 0 and 1,000 EUR. Within a role, you can assign organizational units to responsibilities. You can assign an unlimited number of responsibilities to a role.
