Use

You can create and print a single document for one object (for example, a real estate contract). You call this object using the RE Navigator. Depending on the correspondence activity used, you can also create multiple documents for each output activity.

Prerequisites

You defined the correspondence applications required for each object type in Customizing. In Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) choose Start of the navigation path Correspondence Next navigation step PDF-Based Forms (Mass Print and Single Print) Next navigation step Correspondence Activities and Applications Next navigation step Define Correspondence Applications and Assign Correspondence Activities End of the navigation path .

Features

You can create single documents for all real estate objects, such as:

  • Architectural object

  • Business entity

  • Building

  • Rental object

  • Contract

The single print screen contains the same tab pages as the mass print programs (except for the Objects tab page, since you already enter this data when you process the objects). The document list is displayed on an additional tab page.

Activities

Call the single print function when processing the object in the RE Navigator. Choose with the quick info text Print .

Choose with the quick info text Print Preview to display the master data summary of the correspondence application. This page display gives you a quick overview of the complete object data.

Note Note

These function keys are only displayed if a correspondence application has been activated for the object type (see Prerequisites).
