Subsequent Process: Subsequent Rental

If you performed a rent adjustment based on Swiss law , then you can adjust the values of an existing contract and copy these values to the contract for the next tenant.

You can inform the tenant of the initial rent of the previous contract, if you have not made changes to the rental object. You can adjust the conditions to the contract start date, based on the adjustment data of the previous contract, and then copy these conditions to the new contract.
