End of the note.

Tasks

The following BP roles are provided as standard for Flexible Real Estate Management :

Description:

Technical Name

Business Meaning

Master tenant with customer account: TR0600

A standard tenant who concludes a Real Estate contract. The tenant's customer account is used to handle the rent receivables and credit memos.

Tenant (with customer account):

TR0601

Tenant who is also assigned to a contract (for example, husband or wife). There is no customer account for this tenant. You use the data defined for correspondence and reporting only.

Landlord with vendor account:

TR0602

Landlord of an object (leased-in by the company code). The landlord is assigned to a contract. The rent to be paid is handled on the vendor account assigned to the landlord.

Contracting partner with customer account: TR0603

Contracting partner, whose customer account is used to pay the receivables resulting from the contract, for example, for customer service contracts.

Contracting partner with vendor account: TR0604

Contracting partner, whose vendor account is used to handle the payables resulting from the contract, for example, for vendor service contracts.

Subsidizer:

TR0622

The concept for the Alternative Payer role has changed in RE-FX. In Classic RE, payment by means of a different account was dependent only on the existence of a business partner in the Alternative Payer role. This role is no longer used in RE-FX. If you want to (completely or partially) post receivables from conditions of the real estate contract to a different customer account, then use a partner with customer account with the role of Subsidizer .

Here are some other Real-Estate-specific BP roles that are assigned in standard Real Estate objects and/or contract types:

  • Applicant: TR0640

  • Administrator: TR0806

  • Technology: TR0807

  • Caretaker: TR0808

Note Note

The business partner role categories for the Real-Estate-specific business partner roles have the same technical names as the role.

End of the note.

Integration

You define the business partner roles in Customizing (see SAP Business Partner in RE-FX) . There you can define for each Real Estate object and contract type whether partners need to be assigned, and if so which business partner roles need to be assigned.

You also assign a business partner view to the business partner role so that each role has a specific screen control.
