User Settings in Personnel Development

Use

This function enables you to make specific system settings for specific users. This means that user-specific default values are stored for specific fields.

You can make use of the following user parameters in Personnel Development:

HRPDV_OTYPE	Define standard object type for Personnel Development (except for Appraisal Systems )	User (exception: Position in Succession Planning)
HRPDV_SEARCH_OTYPES	Standard object types for finding objects for specific qualifications and requirements
