 Creating Multiple Settlement Units

Use

You can use this report to automatically create multiple settlement units (SU) based on certain criteria.

Features

The report offers the following functions for creating settlement units. You can:

Create settlement units for a business entity as a copy of the settlement unit structure of an existing business entity (reference business entity)

Create settlement units for a selected set of service charge keys. The system then generates a settlement unit (with a name you can define) for each service charge key.

A common participation group is assigned to all new settlement units in these cases. In addition you can specify for the participation group if:

This participation group should contain all rental objects for this business entity (when the assigned object is the business entity)

A participation group should be created without any assigned rental objects

The system created a new settlement unit and a participation group per service charge key, and assigned them to each other.
