The data on occupancy viewed by period is exported from the source system to Business Intelligence from this DataSource. You have to enter limits (from and to values) for the CALMONTH
field. The system generates data records for the time period you specify.
The following values are possible for the OCCUP
field:
1 — Vacancy
2 — No Vacancy
3 — Intended for Rent
4 — Reserved
The value 3 — Intended for Rent
is assigned during a time period when the rental object is included in an occupancy contract that is not yet active.
The value 4 — Reserved
is assigned during a time period when the rental object is reserved by a contract due to renewal options.
