Using this print function, you can generate a number of letters for a correspondence application. For example, you could create master data summaries for all rental units in a building.
Each mass print program (such as,
General Correspondence (Business Entity)
) is assigned to only
one
correspondence application. You made the basic settings for the correspondence application in Customizing. In Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management
(RE-FX) choose

Output Media, Language Settings, Sort Variants
You can send documents in the form of e-mail or as faxes. To be able to do this, you need to enter the e-mail address or fax number in the business partner data. In addition, you have to configure a SAPconnect interface. Make the appropriate settings in Customizing. Choose
Then make the necessary settings in Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management.

Choose the appropriate transaction for the given real estate object. On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose
and then what you want to print.
Enter the selection criteria for searching for the contract or master data objects to be printed.
On the
Correspondence data
and
Output control
tab pages, you can specify the type of documents that are output. Whether the three other tab pages,
Special Parameters, User Fields
and
Text Editor,
are displayed is dependent on your settings for the correspondence application.
Execute the program.
A list of all documents to be printed is displayed.
Document List
You can choose the following functions from the list:
Go to the print preview of each document by double clicking
Print all documents on the list (
with the quick info text
Print All Documents
)
Print selected documents (
with the quick info text
Print Selected Documents
)
Go to the master data object or the contract by choosing the pushbutton with the quick info text
Master Data.
If you defined a recipient, you can display this data by choosing
with the quick info text
Recipient
.
If you want to hide the document list display, deselect the
Selection List
indicator on the
Output Control
tab page. Then the system outputs all documents directly.
Log
The system issues a correspondence log for each output activity and saves it as an SAP application log. The log is displayed if errors or warnings are generated. On each tab page, you can navigate to the log of the correspondence application by choosing
with the quick info text
Display your own last log (Ctr+F1).
Or you can navigate to an overview of all logs of the correspondence application by choosing
with the quick info text
Display log overview.
