Use

On a business layer, the geometries can be presented in different symbols. For example, a red line may mean a pipeline that needs repairs; a green line could be a pipeline in good condition, and so on. Each symbol is represented by a corresponding legend explaining its significance. Very often symbols on the map are represented as a picture or icon. You are allowed to use them as legends on your geometry layers.

If the symbols you use on the geometry layers is of the type icon, they must be stored on the Server before they can be retrieved for use on the layers. You must define the path to these symbols in the Customizing activity.
