A range of actions can be performed on an appraisal that has been completed:
The appraisal results can be passed on to the appraisee for the appraisee’s approval; if the appraisal is rejected, it can be revised, or even re-held.
The appraisal results can be passed on to other departments for further processing. In this case, the following further processing steps are available in the standard system:
Transfer appraisal results to Compensation Management
Update the appraisee’s qualifications profile on the basis of the appraisal results

Approval and follow-up are performed by means of a workflow. For more information, refer to Approving and Following Up an Appraisal (PA-PD) .
If the appraisals are appraisals that are held at regular intervals, you can plan for the next time they are to be held
The appraisal results can be discussed by those involved in the appraisal as part of a feedback session
The appraisal has been completed.
If applicable, pass on the appraisal to the appraisee for the appraisee’s approval.
Pass on the appraisal results to other departments for further processing.
Evaluate the results of the appraisal.
If you need to make organizational arrangements for a feedback session, arrange a time and place, and invite the persons involved. Hold the feedback session at the time and place arranged, and keep a record of what was discussed.
If applicable, plan for the next time the appraisal is to be held.
You have carried out follow-up activities for the appraisal. If an appraisal was rejected, you can now proceed to the process Holding of an Appraisal .
Note
You can specify the following for each appraisal model:
Whether the status of rejected appraisals can be changed back to
In process
(this means, in effect, that you can edit the appraisals again)
Whether approved and rejected appraisals can be deleted
