Country-Specifics

Purpose

You can activate country-specific functions that augment the general functions of Flexible Real Estate Management . These functions meet legal requirements in a given country or cover specific business needs of the country. These functions can be used only if the country is activated in Customizing. The following country-specific functions are available:

Germany:
- Land Use Management
- Input Tax Correction
Switzerland:
- Rent Adjustment Based on Swiss Law
- Enhancements in Heating and Service Charge Settlement
- Lease-In with ISR Reference
- Accounting (see Switzerland )
- Correspondence (see Switzerland )
Austria:
- Main Rent Statement
- Adjustment by Fifteenths
Italy:
- Localization of IRE
- ICI Tax Reporting

Integration

The country-specific functions are part of the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component and are delivered with the standard system. To use these functions, you have to activate the program code for the given country in Customizing.
