This program enables you to carry out the following activities:
You split a cadastral object when, for example, the public registration office created new cadastral objects from an existing one. You need to mirror these changes in the system by splitting and closing the existing cadastral object.
You merge some cadastral objects when, for example, the public registration office merged existing cadastral objects into one. You need to mirror these changes in the system by merging the relevant cadastral objects.
Note
The cadastral objects are represented by architectural objects (AO) in the system.
You have made the necessary settings as described in Customizing for Splitting/Merging Cadastral Objects.
You have entered cadastral master data as described in Maintaining Cadastral Master Data.
Enter data as follows:
In the Object Selection
group box, you can enter the ID or the number of the architectural object or objects that you want to split or merge, or only enter the function of the AO
In the Period/Key Date
group box, you can enter the start date of the object validity period
In the Cadastral Data
group box, you can enter any of the cadastral master data
In the Output Control
group box, you can enter the layout and the form name
The program displays all the architectural objects in output list specified according to your settings on the selection screen and in a predefined layout or in a layout you have configured.
If you want to split an architectural object, proceed as described in Splitting Cadastral Objects.
If you want to merge some architectural objects, proceed as described in Merging Cadastral Objects.
If you cannot finish the splitting or merging process, that is, you have not created a new architectural object, you can park your work by saving your activities. When you choose Save
, the system saves your work at its current status and generates a process ID
using the number range you specified in Customizing. At the same time, the program locks all the architectural objects that you included in the splitting/merging process. If you have parked work, on the next occasion that you run the program, the program does not list the architectural objects that are
included in the parked work.
Note
During the splitting/merging process, you can close the original architectural objects using the Close Object
pushbutton. As a result, the system enters a Valid To date which is the end date of the object validity. This date is one day prior to the processing
date of the parked activity.
You can continue and finish your work by reopening the previously saved activities.
At the top of the selection screen, choose Get Values
The system lists all the parked activities and the process IDs.
Select the relevant process ID and choose OK
If you make some changes and you save your work again without finishing it, the system saves your changes with the same process ID.
You can delete the parked activities by selecting the relevant process ID and choosing Delete
. The deletion of a parked activity does not remove the Valid To
date of the affected architectural object(s). You must manually remove
them, if necessary.
To access the program, on the SAP Easy Access
