The coinsurance history contains coinsurance-relevant data.
You can also archive the contents of the coinsurance history (see Archiving Coinsurance History ). However, you can still display the data.
You have posted coinsurance-relevant documents (premiums/claims) and/or costs documents, with or without reference to a coinsurance contract.
The system displays the following data in the coinsurance history:
Coinsurance key and business partner and contract ID for a policyholder, for whom the coinsurance shares are transferred/collected and for whom costs are calculated
Coinsurance-relevant premium and claim documents, as well as costs documents
Documents that trigger the transfer/collection of a coinsurance share
Run date and ID for the
Posting Coinsurance Shares
mass activity and the documents created
The total amount for a premium/claim/cost document, the corresponding coinsurance shares, clearing amount and amounts to be collected/transferred
Information about whether the shares were posted according to the debit procedure.
Note
If the system posts shares using the debit procedure, the coinsurance history does not show any clearing information for the coinsurance-relevant document, as the entire coinsurance share has been marked for posting immediately. However, the system displays this information for reversal/resetting.
To display the coinsurance history, choose
in the Collections/Disbursements menu.This takes you to the initial screen for entering selection conditions.
You can select according to the following data:
Insurance object and business partner ID for a policyholder
Coinsurance key
Due date (only as a supplementary selection criterion)
Document number for a coinsurance-relevant document
Reference document number that links a costs document and a premium/claim document
Document created in the
Posting Coinsurance Shares

Date and ID for the
Posting Coinsurance Shares
