Preparations and Customizing (PA-PD)
Once you have carried out general customizing, which ensures that the Workflow System functions correctly, you need to customize the workflow template itself.
Prerequisites
You have completed general Customizing for the SAP Business Workflow system.
Setting Up the Organizational Plan
The qualification is created by a personnel administrator, and must be extended or renewed by this person (or his/her successor). The personnel administrator must hold a position. See Organizational Plan .
