PlanVersion - contains the 2-character ID of a plan version
AppraisalID - contains the 8-digit numeric ID of an appraisal
Binding Definition
The role is used to find the appraiser of an appraisal (that is, the person who created and held the appraisal). The

element of the workflow container. This means that the binding is defined in the corresponding step for this element.
