Creating a Retrieve BO Data Expression

1. In BRFplus workbench, go to the application where you want to create your expression for data retrieval.

2. Right-click the application, and choose  Create  Expression  Retr. BOPF BO Data .

3. Enter the required data. Choose the Create and Navigate to Object pushbutton.

1. Enter the business object and node details. Expand the root attributes to display all the attributes of the node.

2. Choose the icon next to Keys, and select Create. In the Type field, select Table. Select the Is Reusable checkbox and choose the Create and Navigate to Object pushbutton.

3. In the DDIC Binding field, select Current object should be bound. Enter the DDIC table type.

4. Save and activate the expression. Select the Include Referenced Objects checkbox.

1. Select your newly created expression and expand the attributes.

2. Select the appropriate option from the Add Node by Association list.

   The system adds the association node as a child of the existing root node.

1. Expand the attributes of the expression in which you want to create the result data object.

2. In the Field of Result Data Object field, enter a name for each of the fields you want to include in the result data object.

3. Choose the icon next to Data Object, and select Generate from Field Selection.

4. Enter a structure and table name, then save and activate the expression.
