You create RE search requestsfor prospects, so that you can search for offered objects using various criteria. The RE search request summarizes data that the prospect provided in order to find the most suitable real estate object.
You can also use fast entry to create the RE search request. In that case, you do not enter the data of the prospect. This allows you to search for offered objects and then add the missing data later.
You made the necessary Customizing settings, such as, which fixtures and fittings characteristics are available in the system. In Customizing for

You made any necessary settings for the accommodation entitlement certificate in Customizing. In Customizing for

In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose
Object Overview
. In the dropdown list, choose
RE Search Request.
Choose
with the quick info text
Create
.
The
Create RE Search Request
screen appears.
You have two options:
Create RE search request
Use fast entry
In either case, enter an RE search request type. If you want to use fast entry only, set the
Fast Data Entry
indicator and choose
Continue
.
If you choose to create an RE search request, then the detail display appears with its tab pages.
If you choose fast entry, then the
General Data (Fast Entry)
tab page appears.
Make entries on the tab pages and save.

To be able to search for a specific text later, enter your key words in the
Text Search
field on the
General Data
tab page.

It is not possible to use an RE search request to search for more than one type of offered object at a time. For example, if you are looking for an apartment with a garage, you have two options:
Create a second RE search request specifically for the garage.
You want the garage to belong to the apartment. In that case, you can enter the garage as a fixtures and fittings characteristic.

On the
Accommodation Entitlement Certificate
tab page, set the
AEC Exists
indicator if the prospect has an accommodation entitlement certificate. In addition, you can select the level of the prospect's authorization from the dropdown list.
You can search for offered objects. In the hit list, you can, for example, set a status for each hit.
