You can enter the following information in a notice of assessment:
The tax office
The owner
As many parcels as needed (entered using master data object
Parcel
)
As many assessed values as needed
The master data object
Notice of Assessment
only allows entering one owner. This facilitates viewing the specific contracts from one single perspective in the case of corporate groups where multiple companies share in ownership of the parcels.Since owners are not always uniquely defined by the company code, entering the owner as an ID on the contract is required.
Once you have assigned the notice of assessment, you can
Add annual values
You enter data for the notices of assessment by calendar year.
Enter the basis for the determination
The basis that was used for the notice of assessment can be found in the notice of assessment itself.
Assign objects
You assign parcels, already created using the master data object
Parcel,
to the notice of assessment.The system uses these parcels in the area comparison.
See a comparison of area
You can compare the area in the notice of assessment with the total area of the parcels you assigned. The system determines the difference between the two.

You assigned the mandatory role, TR0821 Tax Office, on the
Partner
tab page without exception.
In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose
Object Overview
in the navigation area. In the dropdown list, choose
Notice of Assessment
and choose
with the quick info text
Create Notice of Assessment
.
The
Create Notice of Assessment
dialog box appears.
In the
ID of New Notice of Assessment
group box, enter the notice of assessment number and choose
with the quick info text
Continue
.
The system displays the detail view.
If you have not already assigned a tax office as the partner, then choose the
Partner
tab page. Choose
with the quick info text
Assign New Partner.
Search for the tax office you want to assign and assign it as the partner. Save your entries.
You created a notice of assessment. You can now enter additional information.
Choose the
Annual Values
tab page. Enter the needed data on the lower part of the screen on the
Details
tab page.
Choose the
Basis for Determination
tab page, and choose the
Details
tab page on the lower part of the screen.Choose the type of method for determining the value, and save.
Another tab page appears based on the type of method you choose.
Choose the
Object Assignment
tab page. Choose
with the quick info text
Assign
.
The
Restrict Value Range
dialog box appears.
Make your selections and choose a parcel from the hit list. Repeat this procedure until all relevant parcels are assigned.
To compare measurements, select an object in the object hierarchy list and choose
with the quick info text
Measurements.
To view a comparison of area, choose the
Comparison of Area
tab page. You see a comparison of the area in the notice of assessment with the total area of the parcels you assigned.
You created a notice of assessment and entered the relevant data.
