 Processing a Notice of Assessment

Use

You can enter the following information in a notice of assessment:

  • The tax office

  • The owner

  • As many parcels as needed (entered using master data object Parcel )

  • As many assessed values as needed

The master data object Notice of Assessment only allows entering one owner. This facilitates viewing the specific contracts from one single perspective in the case of corporate groups where multiple companies share in ownership of the parcels.Since owners are not always uniquely defined by the company code, entering the owner as an ID on the contract is required.

Once you have assigned the notice of assessment, you can

  • Add annual values

You enter data for the notices of assessment by calendar year.

  • Enter the basis for the determination

The basis that was used for the notice of assessment can be found in the notice of assessment itself.

  • Assign objects

You assign parcels, already created using the master data object Parcel, to the notice of assessment. The system uses these parcels in the area comparison.

  • See a comparison of area
