Procedure

  1. For the Specify Adjustments function, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Flexible Real Estate Management Next navigation step Adjustment of Conditions Next navigation step Adjustment Next navigation step Cost Efficiency Analysis Next navigation step Specify Adjustments End of the navigation path .

For the Continue Adjustment function, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Flexible Real Estate Management Next navigation step Adjustment of Conditions Next navigation step Adjustment Next navigation step Cost Efficiency Analysis Next navigation step Continue Adjustment End of the navigation path .

Or you can access both functions from the RE Navigator (RE80) from the processing transaction for the partial or additional cost efficiency analysis. On the Adjustment or Object Adjustment tab page, choose with the quick info text Execute Adjustment .

To simulate the adjustments from the RE Navigator, you can choose with the quick info text Simulate Adjustment .

  3. Specify the cost efficiency analysis for which you want to execute the adjustments.

If you choose a partial cost efficiency analysis, then the system performs the adjustments for this partial CEA and for all additional cost efficiency analyses that are assigned to it.

If you choose an additional cost efficiency analysis, then the system performs the adjustments only for that additional cost efficiency analysis.

    Note Note

When you call these functions from the RE Navigator, the current cost efficiency analysis is already selected. If the cost efficiency analysis is an additional cost efficiency analysis, then you can specify whether the system should also take the adjustments of the assigned partial cost efficiency analysis into account.

    End of the note.
  4. If applicable, enter the due date for follow-up postings and the date by which tenants have to be notified of the adjustments. Also specify if you want the system to activate the adjustments directly and automatically assign Notified adjustment status.

  5. Specify whether the adjustments also apply for contracts and follow-on contracts that are assigned to the relevant rental objects.

  6. If you selected the function from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose with the quick info text Execute .

If you called the function from the RE Navigator , choose with the quick info text Continue .

The system displays a list of the adjustments. You can make manual changes if required.

The system activates the selected adjustments.
