You can define master data for the cadastral objects that you can use, for example, in the following activities and processes:
Maintaining cadastral information for buildings and land that are used for several purposes, for example, information about the cadastral identification or public activities (acquisition, sale of buildings or land)
Monitoring all the changes that relate to the given cadastral object
In accordance with legal requirements, all data changes relating to a cadastral object must be reported to the public registration office. These changes can be, for example, changes in the taxable amount, category ID, in acquisitions or sales, or the splitting or merging process relating to buildings or land. The public registration office registers the reported change and assigns a protocol number to it. The protocol number identifies the change and it is also used in the ICI form.
You must then record all the activities manually in the cadastral master data.
