Searching for RE Search Requests and Offered Objects

Purpose

You are looking for RE search requests, that is, for potential prospects for a real estate object.

You are searching for vacant or reserved offered objects, in order to find the best real estate object for a prospect (prospective tenant). There are various search options you can use.

Procedure

  1. In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose Object Overview . In the dropdown list, choose RE Search Request or Offered Object . In processing for the object, choose the Find tab page.

  2. Choose Find Offered Objects or Find RE Search Requests .

    There are three options:

    • Standard

The system searches exactly for those attributes that you enter.

    • Text Search

In addition, the system uses a text search to search for key words you entered in the object in the Text Search field.

    • Extended

You can remove attributes from the search, in order to make the hit list longer. Set one of these indicators and choose Continue.

If you choose the standard search or the text search, then the system displays the hit list.

If you choose Extended , a screen appears, on which you can ignore individual search criteria or select additional search criteria.

  3. Select the attributes that you want the search to consider. Select the search mode and choose Continue .

    A hit list appears.

  4. If you want to record a preference for any search results in the hit list, assign them a status and choose Continue .

The system copies this designated RE search request or offered object to your personal hit list in the offered object or RE search request.

    Note Note

If you set the AEC Exists indicator on the Accommodation Entitlement Certificate tab page, and you also entered a condition amount, then the system issues a message, and you can limit the search as follows:

    End of the note.
    • AEC Only

    • Conditions Only

    • AEC and Conditions
